Climate Front Marathons is a global running initiative dedicated to bringing meaningful endurance events to some of the world’s most remote and climate-vulnerable regions.
Founded by Damian Senecki, our mission is simple: connect runners with places rarely seen, amplify the voices of communities on the front line of climate change, and create unforgettable athletic experiences that leave a positive footprint.
We work directly with local governments, cultural organizations, and community leaders to design safe, respectful, and inspiring marathons in destinations such as Kiribati and beyond. Every race blends adventure, cultural immersion, and environmental awareness—inviting runners to be part of something larger than the finish line.
Our events are intentionally small, personal, and authentic. No mass tourism, no packaged travel. Participants are free to travel their own way, support local businesses, and experience each destination at their own pace. Climate Front Marathons is more than a race series—it’s a journey across continents, cultures, and climate realities.
