* I confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to participate in a marathon under hot and humid tropical conditions.

* I acknowledge that participation is at my own risk and that the event takes place in a remote environment with limited medical infrastructure.

* I accept the inherent risks associated with long-distance running and waive any claims against the Organizer except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
